International Events Officer

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new conference and event concepts and opportunities
• Effectively research topics with relevant industry professionals and the target market
• Develop the intellectual content of conference / event programme, and identify target audience.
• Help develop the conference analytical programme
• Help identify speakers for conferences/events
• Invite and liaise with high level speakers and clients (from across the world), as well as coordinate speakers on-site at the event/conference
• Assist in the provision of leads to the delegate sales and sponsorship team
• Managing clients on-site to help deliver outstanding customer satisfaction
• Working closely with Sales, Marketing and the Operations team within the company
• Complete other related tasks as needed

Requirements

• BSc/BA in Events Management / Business Management or relevant field
• Excellent command of the Greek and English language (any additional language proficiency will be  considered as an advantage)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word
• Previous experience working in events will be considered as an advantage
