We are looking to recruit Sushi Chef in our restaurant in Larnaca.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree in the field of Culinary Art will be considered as an advantage.
• Experience as a Sushi Chef will be considered as an advantage.
• Knowledge of Greek and/or English language.
• Ability to follow a training plan based on OB standards.
• Team work spirit.

Duties:

• Providing quality of food to guests.
• Preparation of sushi, garnishes and salads pertaining to the sushi section.
• Ability to follow OB sushi recipes.
• Adhering to company’s hygiene and safety standards.
