We are currently looking to recruit a Business Support Officer to join our Management Consulting team at our offices in Nicosia. This is a great opportunity for a high caliber professional who wish to work and thrive in a high-performance environment.

The Opportunity:

  • Providing comprehensive business support to the department as required
  • Maintaining monthly team financial data for utilization, revenue, results against budget and forecasting and providing this data upon request on pre-defined intervals
  • Assisting the Partners and department senior managers in the preparation of weekly and monthly reporting
  • Liaising with engagement / project managers for the issuance of invoices and for debtors’ management
  • Providing guidance to staff for processing of expense claims, timesheet submissions, internal system administration and various other related tasks
  • Assisting with proposal preparation and documentation
  • Assisting with the administration of KYC, AML, and other risk management related tasks
  • Booking travel, accommodation and preparing itineraries as required 
  • Setting-up of meetings / conferences, invitations and catering as required
  • Ensuring the professional delivery of established business to support the department
  • Working with colleagues and team leaders to identify areas for improvement, ensuring the support offer remains appropriate for users
  • Working methodically to priorities work and meet deadlines
  • Using innovative and imaginative thinking to improve processes and service delivery
  • Undertaking other duties appropriate to the post that may reasonably be required from time to time

The Requirements:

  • University degree in any discipline will be considered as an advantage
  • Any related work experience will be considered as an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages (written and spoken)
