Main Responsibilities:

• Responding to calls, chats and emails to serve new and existing customers and fulfill requests.
• Monitoring of pre-match and in-play sports events.
• Resolve any issues by clarifying the customer’s complaints.
• Ensuring all customers are satisfied to increase customer loyalty.
• Excellent customer service and complaints handling experience.

Qualifications:

• Good overall knowledge of Sports is required.
• Fluency in Greek and English is a must.
• Ability to be working in shifts, including night and weekend shifts.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Problem solving skills.
• Friendly and polite personality.
