Main Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Promoting the company’s products and services.
• Assisting customers who wish to open a trading account.
• Providing information/education to clients regarding our products.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Keeping clients updated in regards to the latest financial news.
• Managing the existing portfolio of clients with a focus on maximizing customer satisfaction.
• Training clients to use the company’s trading platforms.
• Meeting the core values of the company on a daily basis.

Candidate Profile:

• Native or fluent in the Italian language. English is a must. Additional European languages would be considered an advantage.
• At least 1 year of experience in the Forex Industry. 
• Success and target-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Computer literate.
• Self-motivated and dynamic.
