Advance Career, on behalf of our clients, a Forex Organisation in Limassol, is looking to recruit a Human Resources / Recruitment Officer;

Responsibilities:

• Recruiting, pre-screening, On-site/Online interviews;
• Coordinating adaptation and performance;
• Defining HR procedures and policies and implementing them
• Advising management on personnel management issues;
• Manage relocation and immigration processes for new employees;
• Supporting employees and resolving any HR-related issues;
• Organizing corporate and social events;

Qualifications:

• University/College diploma in a relevant field
• 3+ years of experience in HR field, preferably in Forex/gaming companies
• Managerial skills;
• Great interpersonal and communication skills;
• Fluent in English and Greek
• Knowledge of Cyprus Labour and Immigration Law and other requirements of Governmental Authorities;
