KC Firiakis Services Ltd currently has an exciting, full-time career opportunity for Payment Specialist (German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Swedish, Dutch, Arabic, Russia, English Speaker)  in Limassol.

Main Role:

• Handle all client decline transactions on behalf of clients in order to avoid client dissatisfaction;
• Handle incoming and tracking of bank wires;
• Speak to clients and guide them with their transactions;
• Handle the PSP;
• Monitor all transactions via software such as Payment IQ and CRM;
• Communicate with PSP providers, all company offices and desks.

Candidate Profile:

• Previous sales/customer support experience will be considered as highly advantageous;
• Very Good knowledge of English language AND one of the following language:  German or Italian or Spanish or Portuguese or Swedish or Dutch or Arabic or Russia
• Understanding of all payment methods and monitoring will be considered as an advantage;
• Understanding of AML and KYC requirements will be considered as an advantage;
• Good communication skills;
