Our company has experienced a sustained period of extraordinary growth in revenues, profits and people (currently reaching 700+ globally), and the Board has identified the need for Chief Editor/Head of External Communications. Our selected candidate will be responsible for managing all the copywriting activities of the Company across all the business, creating the copywriting standards for Exness brand, ensuring that all texts are aligned to the corporate standards and guidelines. Our Chief Editor will be responsible for the written image and communication of the Company, guaranteed to deliver effective ‘reactive and proactive’ communications to our stakeholders, and constant improvement of it.   

You will be responsible for:

• Leading and driving external communication agenda to ensure that Exness professional position is solid and consistent within industry, external brand of Exness sufficiently reflected in our messages and Exness tone of voice is reflected in all the pieces of content.

• In collaboration with the Head of PR define the external communication strategy to constantly deliver messages which supports business growth, company professional position, and enhance Exness presence on the market:

• Overseeing all copywriting and written communication activities of the Company both internally and externally, align all copywriting activities to ensure that it matches Company’s values and brand

• Act as a centre of expertise among the decentralized copywriting team, drive internal expertise development and knowledge sharing among the informal copywriting community.

• Prepare and implement copywriting standards and tone of voice across the company, which fits and reflects Exness brand and image.

• Conduct  global content audit of existing copywriting practices in the organisation to identify the gaps or ensure that the standards are met on all the levels.

• Set up the copywriting guidelines and expectations for each unit and ensure their compliance to them.

• Research industry-related topics and identify gaps in our content.

• Create and oversee reports and regular audits on content (e.g. weekly or monthly).

• Supervise his/her own team and ensure their high performance and high level of content is constantly created according to the guidelines and values of the Company.

Our Requirements are:

• A relevant Marketing / Communications degree and ideally, an MBA from a good Business School

• At least 10 years of experience in a similar role or as a Head of Copywriting, Head of External Communications or Sr. Copywriter for established brands

• Experience in working with other CFD / trading businesses is required, trading experience is a big plus!

• Portfolio of published articles is a must 

• Previous experience in fin-tech industry will be considered as an advantage

• Ability to provide strategic written communication input and to drive change, innovation and best practice

• Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail

• Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)

• Highly organised with ability to prioritise and handle multiple deadlines

• Entrepreneurial and hands-on, ready to take initiative and innovate

• Excellent communication and relationship building skills

• Strong interpersonal skills, likeable and able to deliver in a fast-paced working environment
