Position: Russian Speaking Manager | Audit Department

Our Audit Department is expanding and we are seeking to recruit dynamic and high calibre Russian-speaking professionals to join the team at the level of Manager, in our Limassol and Nicosia Offices.

The Role

The successful candidate will be involved, amongst others, in:

• Providing support to Partners and/or Directors in the:

  • Delivery of client service and completion of engagements

  • Budget management and fee negotiation

• Leading the preparation of proposals

• Planning, organising and coordinating the execution of audit engagements

• Reviewing audit work

• Effectively managing risk associated with engagements

• Conducting audits based on IFRS and provide advice according to international best practices

• Working with high profile clients on a variety of international and local audit engagements

• Engaging in constant communication with clients and maintaining client relations on a day to day basis

In this role, the successful candidate will be expected to act as an individual contributor, delivering high quality work.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree from a reputable University

• ACA/ACCA/CPA professional qualification

• At least 1 year of experience in managerial position

• Excellent analytical skills and organisational skills

• Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills

• Excellent computer literacy and strong Microsoft Excel skills

• Strong supervisory skills

• Excellent command of the Russian and English languages, both verbal and written
