Real Estate Listings Administrator – Ayia Napa – Salary Negotiable dependent on qualifications

We are looking for a real estate listings Administrator to join our team in Ayia Napa office where you will be working alongside both the Sales and Listings departments carrying out preparation, management and publishing of property listings.

The Real Estate Listings Administrator role briefly includes:

• Assisting the Listings and Sales Team, dealing with enquiries and inspection of properties.
• Photography and video production
• Creating property descriptions
• Uploading photos, videos, checking paperwork.
• Liaising with property owners and property developers to confirm the details of marketing for each property
• Arranging the drawing up and signing of listing agreements

Essential Skills Required:

• No previous experience in Real Estate required
• Excellent time management skills including the ability to prioritize
• An excellent telephone manner
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent knowledge of computers, email, send and receive large files online, store and retrieve files, edit photos and videos.
• Excellent knowledge of English
• University degree in information technology-related subject would be an additional advantage.
