Now we're looking for a Czech or Hungarian Customer Support (native) to join our team and make his own contribution to our products.

✅ Duties and opportunities
✔️Customer support in Czech/Hungarian chat rooms, email correspondence
✔️Consulting, service support using scripts and templates to identify the problem
✔️Analysis of the client's problem and search for possible solutions, transfer of information to specialized departments

✅Requirements:
✔️Fluent in Czech or Hungarian, desirable experience with native speakers
✔️Competent English spoken and written language
