The Wealth Advisory team of our Risk Advisory Services Department is expanding and we are seeking to recruit a dynamic and high calibre professional to join us at the level of Senior Consultant / Assistant Manager in our Nicosia Office.

The Role

The successful candidate will be part of the Wealth Advisory team and will be involved in, amongst others:

  • Investment analysis on various asset classes and instruments
  • Conducting Operational and Financial Due Diligence of Fund Managers
  • Reconciliation of Client Investments with custody reports
  • Client Portfolio administration and preparation of bespoke monitoring reports
  • In addition, the candidate will be involved in various projects that require subject matter expertise in the field of Investments in various asset classes and instruments
  • Supporting senior management in developing and winning new business, including assisting with proposal development

In this role, the successful candidate will be expected to act as an individual contributor, delivering high quality work with guidance from senior team members.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate and/or Postgraduate degree from a reputable University in Mathematics, Statistics, Operational Research, Engineering or in Business Administration fields such as Finance, Economics, Management or in any related disciplines.
  • 2-3 years of experience relevant professional experience in the Financial Services Sector with emphasis on Banking and Investment Funds/Firms will be considered and advantage
  • Possession of a relevant professional qualification will be considered an advantage (i.e. ACA, ACCA, CFA)
  • Possession of CySEC’s Basic or Advanced Examination Certificate will be considered an advantage
  • Experience with using Bloomberg Terminal and/or MorningStar will be considered an advantage
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail with a curiosity to understand data
  • Excellent analytical and report writing skills
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Strong multitasking, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written
  • Willing to travel and possibly spend long periods of time working overseas (including in the Middle East)
