CONVERSION SALES AGENT – ENGLISH SPEAKING [GERMAN/SPANISH LANGUAGE] 

SLS Innovative Consultancy Ltd provides outsourced recruitment and Human Resources services to regulated Investment Firms. 

We are looking for energetic, talented, driven individuals with a track record in sales [any field] to join our expanding sales team in Paphos. 

Job Responsibilities: 

• First point of contact with clients 
• Assisting new clients with opening a trading account 
• Confidently discuss products and services provided by the company 
• Working towards achieving sales/conversion targets on a consistent basis 
• Entering & updating client information into the internal CRM System 

Requirements: 

• English Language MUST [Spanish/German Language] 
• Sales background in any field 
• Characteristics: sales oriented, positive attitude, outgoing personality, good work ethic and willing to go the extra mile to succeed

Basic Salary:  Part-time €750 gross per month; Full-time €1,100 gross per month. 

Commission:  Excellent reward structure to reward performance potential to earn €1,500 + every month. 

Employee of the month & additional monthly performance rewards 

Working hours: Part-Time - 6 hour shift [30 hours] 5 days out of 7 [Monday-Sunday] at least 1 weekend a month.  Weekend working attracts basic salary 1.5. 

Hours: Part-time shifts 11:00 – 17:00 and 12:00 – 18:00 [Flexibility with shift patterns will be required]. 
Full-Time:  45 Hours week.  5 days out of 7 [Monday-Sunday] at least 1 weekend a month.  Weekend working attracts basic salary 1.5. 

Hours:   11:00 – 21:00 and 12:00 – 22:00 [Flexibility with shift patterns will be required].
