Recruitment HR Officer

K.Treppides & Co Ltd,  would like to hire a Recruitment HR Officer in our offices in Nicosia and/or Limassol

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the Internal Recruitment and Selection
• Use Exelsys Software to aid in recruitment record keeping
• Create job descriptions and adverts
• Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
• Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
• Build networks to find qualified candidates.
• Attend career fairs for recruiting and company recognition
• Promotes the Corporate Image as well as the Culture of the Company
• Ensures in depth understanding of all Policies and Procedures
• Involved in Training and Development decisions
• Assists with the Performance Appraisal Procedure

Prerequisites:

• Acquiring a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour or in any other related field
• At least 2 years’ experience in the recruitment/HR sector. Experience in the audit, accounting or finance industry will be considered as an advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language
• Strong analytical skills
• Good communicational skills
• Able to work under pressure
