Our client a Cysec regulated Forex Broker based in Paphos are currently recruiting for an energetic individual to join our team in the position of Trading Room Representative

Responsibilities Include:

• Daily phone calls with clients after the accounts have been verified.
• Training clients on how to use the company's trading platforms.
• Technical Analysis - trading view - technical indicators: stochastic, RSI, Bolinger brands.
• Fundamental Analysis: investing.com, CNBC, Bloomberg Finance, Yahoo Finance.
• Keeping up-to-date with the financial market to provide adequate training to clients.
• Daily reports:
• Clients who lost
• Daily progress P&L
• How far from individual target
• Problematic clients [Notes]
• Follow up with clients as directed by management/account managers
• Research activities:  active trades that lost, why trades moved, what happened.  News and information sent to agents.  Providing link to one of sources that information is taken from to give direct to client.
• Ensure personal contact is maintained with new and existing clients via phone & email.
• Maintain customer relations along with customer retention.

Experience/Qualifications:

• Experience in Forex-Binary as a trading room representative would be an advantage.
• Must know financial markets and have interest in following market activity.
• Excellent communication skills MUST be fluent in the English language (Written & Spoken).
• University degree will be considered an advantage.
• Computer literate: working knowledge of Word/Excel.
• Qualities - results oriented, attention to detail, proactive, self-motivated, dynamic, go the extra mile to get the job done.

Basic Salary:  €1,500 - €2,000
Commission Structure:   on reaching monthly targets  
Hours: 9 Hour Shifts [Monday to Friday] 08:00 - 18:00
