Our client, a fast-growing property development company in Limassol, is expanding and is therefore looking for a CAD Technician/Design Coordinator to check drawings and coordinate drawings between architect, electrical, mechanical engineers etc.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely, presentable, consistent and high level of quality design information both internally and externally
• Coherence of company design system, management of the design process and review of progress against same
• Curtain wall business development, including the design, commercial and production function of the new division
• Design Production and Project Management
• Overall responsibility for assigned projects, to include timely production of design information
• Close liaison with project design team, and internal project team
• Management of external design by both project design, interface contractors, and outsourced designers
• Adhering to design production programming, monitoring and review
• Formal drawing check for main drawings prior to distribution
• Drawing production based on scope of works
• Design approval from client representative prior to critical design stages – procurement of material and installation
• Clear and defined design drawings and information, to include filing and sourcing of same
• Registration and uploading of current design information. Tracking of drawing revisions and notification
• Ensuring server project file contains latest design information, internal & external.
• Timely release of design information. Issue sheet production and distribution to all relevant parties
• Specification compliance, including formation of defined specification under D&B contracts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural / Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, Microstation, BIM & Revit, Microsoft Office
• Good knowledge of Greek and English
• Advanced organization skills and structure mindset and work approach
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Able to work with minimal supervision, efficiently schedule and manage time

Salary based on skills and experience + 13th month
