Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist                                   Department: HR

Reports to: Head of HR                                                             Location: Limassol

Duties & Responsibilities

An attractive opportunity for the right candidate, The Talent Acquisition Specialist will undertake regional recruitment responsibilities for the EMEA region and ownership of the company’s Talent Acquisition strategy, with the oversight of the Head of HR.

As the focal point for recruitment in the EMEA Region, you will be responsible for:

• Creating job descriptions based on business needs
• Candidate attraction and sourcing
• Interviewing and facilitating testing where necessary
• Preparing and negotiating offers
• Attending career events, liaising with local organisations and other parties as required

As the owner of the company’s Talent Acquisition strategy, you will be responsible for:

• The strategic response to the company’s recruitment needs
• Conducting adequate market research where necessary to consult the business on local market salaries and conditions
• Identifying and operating various sourcing channels for candidate attraction
• Supporting the business in establishing new sites
• Delivering training workshops as required
• Undertaking Talent Acquisition and HR projects on a global level as required

Qualifications

Must Haves:

• International Recruitment experience is a must, in-house or within an agency environment
• Fluency in English
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure

Advantageous:

• Talent Acquisition experience
• Experience in the Financial Services or Technology sector
• Fluency in Greek
