Cyprus Consumer Center ADR is seeking to employee a person for the position of Administrator:

Necessary qualifications:

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email (Outlook).
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language.
  • Experience in matters of office organisation and electronic record keeping.
  • Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn applications.
  • Communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment and procedures.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Sufficient understanding of legal terminology will be considered an advantage.

Job description:

  • Maintain office files and electronic records up to date and accessible.
  • Sort and distribute incoming correspondence and prepare outgoing correspondence (envelopes, parcels etc.)
  • Take incoming calls, keep telephone messages, redirect calls to co-workers.
  • Use office equipment such as copy machines, printers etc.
  • Contacting/Attending client meetings inside and outside the office.
  • Carry out basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing, issuing payments etc.
  • Track office suppliers and notify of shortages.
  • Assist in booking and preparing conference rooms for events.
  • Carry out other office duties assigned.
  • Translating short documents from Greek to English and vice versa if necessary.
