Cyprus Consumer Center ADR is seeking to employee a person for the position of Administrator:
Necessary qualifications:
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email (Outlook).
- Excellent knowledge of the English language.
- Experience in matters of office organisation and electronic record keeping.
- Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn applications.
- Communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment and procedures.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Sufficient understanding of legal terminology will be considered an advantage.
Job description:
- Maintain office files and electronic records up to date and accessible.
- Sort and distribute incoming correspondence and prepare outgoing correspondence (envelopes, parcels etc.)
- Take incoming calls, keep telephone messages, redirect calls to co-workers.
- Use office equipment such as copy machines, printers etc.
- Contacting/Attending client meetings inside and outside the office.
- Carry out basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing, issuing payments etc.
- Track office suppliers and notify of shortages.
- Assist in booking and preparing conference rooms for events.
- Carry out other office duties assigned.
- Translating short documents from Greek to English and vice versa if necessary.
