Waves & Noble Property Management is seeking to recruit a Cleaning Team Leader with the following responsibilities and qualifications.
- Review and implement work schedules
- Liaise with the Manager in monitoring all cleaning activities
- Ensure all assigned duties are carried out, and resources are efficiently utilized
- Supervise and evaluate all cleaning staff focusing on their performance
- Good communication skills
- Work well under pressure
- Honest and reliable
- Initiative and proactive
- Valid driver’s license
