Our client is a leading FinTech group of companies. We are recruiting on their behalf for an experienced Network & Systems Engineer to join their existing team.

Job Description

• Monitoring of enterprise Security, network and systems
• Responding to Incidents and providing an end to end resolution
• Implementing technical fixes to incidents
• Accurately documenting incidents and steps taken to resolve
• Work to establish and maintain best practices in terms of patching, updates
• Respond to System and security audits and work to implement recommendation
• Work closely with the Senior Sysadmin and Network Security lead
• Be able to respond around the clock to high severity alerts
• Be able to implement fixes like patching or access control
• The candidate will take on ownership of antivirus and end point compliance. This will mean tuning, ensuring deployments and updates
• Remedial work such as security investigations and recovery for multiple OS(Windows, Mac, Linux)
• Operating vulnerability scanners
• Policy and compliance documentation
• Database security and monitoring best practices
• Assist in IT support and systems administration

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in a similar role for at least 3 years.
• Industry certifications are an advantage and should include some of the following: MCSA, CNA, CCNP, CCSP, CISSP, CISM, AV provider training, Vulnerability scanners, Linux, SEIM and monitoring solutions, cloud security(Azure AWS)
• Fluent English
