At Cartridge World we provide trusted printing solutions to businesses across Cyprus helping them to print economically. We are currently looking to appoint a customer relations executive to join our team.

The Role

Based at our head office in Limassol you will be responsible for contacting business customers to:

• Promote the company’s products and services by phone and email.
• Build a strong and long lasting client relationship through planned, regular contact. Maintain their existing business, develop new opportunities and maximize sales potential.
• Collaborate with other team members to provide the best possible service.

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but more importantly we are looking for people who can say YES!! to the following

• Great telephone manner
• Flair for client communication
• Pleasant personality!
• Fluent Greek speaker with good command of the English Language, Russian would be considered an advantage
• Drivers’ license
• Client focused, genuine desire to provide solutions to the customers’ needs
