Τhe 5* hotel ‘Royal Apollonia’ in Limassol, member of Louis Hotels Plc Co Ltd, one of the biggest hotel Groups in Cyprus, is seeking to recruit a qualified individual in the following position:

Night Receptionist

Main Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers and processing Check-ins and check-outs.
• Customer service duties and telephone tasks.
• Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
• Perform 3-4 minimum night shifts per week.
• Cashiering tasks, settling Invoices and others.
• Communication with all departments of the hotel within the ambit of execution. 
• Duties may include also Day Time Receptionist duties.
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Proven work experience at the same or similar position in 4* or 5* hotel.   
• Knowledge of Theova system.
• Excellent level of Greek and English languages (both verbal and written). Any other languages will be considered as an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills.
