On behalf of our client, a marketing and technology company in Limassol, we are looking for an experienced (2 Years~) CMO to manage the Art, Creative, Media of the company.

Key responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Management of Employees within the Marketing department
• Art and Creative, Copy, Content Management
• Optimization and analysis of traffic (especially Click-to-Lead) and the company BI.
• Mentoring and leading, the marketing team, ensuring high-performance, career development and a healthy work environment.
• Build a strong team of marketing professionals who are passionate, committed and dedicated to driving growth.
• Manage and adjust online marketing channels and brand placements.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience as a CMO in companies such as Affiliate Network, Media Buying – a Must
• Experience in building and leading a growing marketing team.
• Familiarity With Offers, Marketing Funnels, Tracking platforms
• Understanding in Marketing Payment Models (CPC,CPL,CPA) and Marketing Key Performance Indicator (CTR, CTL, CR etc..) – a Must
• Background with Google Analytics and Media/Creative Optimization
• Familiarity with all-around User Experience practices
• Data-driven, analytical, and growth-oriented mindset.
