Job Description

• Drafting and reviewing corporate transactional and corporate finance agreements
• Drafting and reviewing finance documents, share pledges, floating charges, liens
• Drafting and reviewing share purchase agreements and shareholders agreements
• Drafting and reviewing corporate authorities for complex transactions
• Carrying out legal due diligence
• Overseeing corporate governance procedures
• Drafting legal opinions and advice on corporate law matters

Your Profile

• member of the Cyprus Bar Association in good standing
• a total of at least six (6) years post-qualification experience in Cyprus on the following:
• corporate finance
• mergers & acquisitions (cross-border and domestic)
• collaterals (share pledges, floating charges, etc.)
• commercial transactions 
• corporate governance
• strong analytical skills coupled with high attention to detail
• fluent command of English and Greek, verbal and written
• complete digital literacy
• strong interpersonal and communication skills
• proven background in dealing with international clients.
• LPC holders will be considered to have an advantage
• experience in corporate litigation may be considered an advantage in a wider context
• an indicative description of the nature of transactions on which the candidate has worked will be taken into account in the assessment of the application.
