On behalf of our client a trading company registered and based in Cyprus, we are looking for a part-time administrator for the office in Oroklini, Larnaca. 

Our client, deals with the wholesale of Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic Beverages which are sold worldwide underbond.

The Cyprus office deals with the day to day business, such as the banking, keeping accounts, sales, invoicing, stock keeping, orders, direct communication with suppliers and customers etc.

The ideal candidate, will be recruited as an office administrator for part time employment approx. 20 hours per week. (Full training will be provided)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls
  • Manage and undertake local purchases concerning office supplies
  • Liaise with colleagues outside of Cyprus when needed
  • Checking supplier invoices against incoming stock
  • Data entry of supplier invoices on SAGE
  • Signing and stamping of fiscal representation invoices
  • Sending statements to customers on weekly basis
  • Update of debtors on weekly basis
  • Preparation of purchase orders
  • Direct communication with customers/suppliers when needed

Candidate Profile:

  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in both English and Greek
  • Computer Literate.  Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications (Word / Excel / Outlook)
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities. To be able to work on own initiative
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • Team Worker.  Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, management, and clients
  • Knowledge of SAGE software & Basic Accounting will be an advantage
