RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

• Achieves monthly targets
• Provides understanding of technical and fundamental analysis to clients via scheduled 1 to 1 training sessions
• Crosses selling company services to provide client improvement and increase LTV targets
• Maintains high levels of client acquisition, retention and re-activation
• Is the primary point of contact for clients under their own portfolios.
• Contacts existing clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service.
• Develops strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Promotes the company’s products and services.
• Educates clients on how to use the company’s trading platform.
• Provides a basic level of understanding of fundamental and technical analysis to clients in a highly compliant manner.

REQUIREMENTS

• University/College Degree
• Fluency in English: Additional Languages will be considered an advantage
• I.T. Proficient
• Minimum 1  year experience in relevant field
• CySec certifications is a must
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Knowledge in Technical Analysis  will be consider an advantage
