AAA Trade is seeking an effective Recruiter for facilitating the successful selection and hiring of the best talent for the Company. The position requires an understanding of the regulated financial industry and offers the opportunity to collaborate with the development of HR strategies and initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing talent sourcing strategy
• Identifying, screening, interviewing and recommending candidates
• Creating positive experiences for candidates
• Negotiating job offers
• Assessing immigration needs of candidates
• Participating in the continuous improvement of AAA Trade’s employment brand
• Collaborating in supporting business needs through development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital

Key Requirements

• Proven track record in sourcing and recruiting talent
• Confident, dynamic, open-minded team player
• High level interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the financial industry
• Fluency in the English language
