IT Support Officer

Our company seeking to recruit a dynamic and capable IT Support Officer to join our expanding team in Nicosia.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support end user workstations and laptops, peripherals (printers, scanners, phones) and network devices
• Provide technical support to end-users, resolve and troubleshoot computer problems, install software and operating systems, provide user training and deal with any IT related issues that the company users may have
• Conducting routine PC maintenance and carrying out audits of IT equipment
• Work on IT projects as directed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or relevant degree
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to think critically, excellent reasoning and troubleshooting skills
• Capability to work under pressure and respond to emergencies
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise and work in a fast paced, dynamic and changing environment
• Knowledge of Active Directory functionality will be considered as add-on
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Driving License
