Company Description:

On behalf of our Client, a Real Estate – Developing Company, we are seeking to recruit a high caliber professional for the position of Property Sales Representative, to be based at our client’s offices in Protaras.

Job Duties:

Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day operations of managing the portfolio of residential properties. More specifically, the successful candidate will be responsible for advertising properties and negotiating lease terms with clients, managing and controlling advertising budgets and conducting property viewings with potential clients, amongst other. Finally, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing the company’s client database, preparing and presenting reports on market and industry trends and overall accomplishing financial targets. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Property Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations & Communication Management or in any other related discipline
• At least 2 years of working experience in a sales-oriented position
• Working experience in Real Estate/Property Management would be considered as an advantage with the ability to develop, implement and evaluate marketing plans
• Proficiency in the English and Greek languages
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite application
