Our client, a well-established retail group, is searching for an experienced professional to join the team

Qualifications & Experience:

• Configures and Administers Windows Servers, Active Directory and related services.
• Configure and Administers SAN and NAS storage devices
• Configure and Administers Microsoft Hyper-V and VM-Ware virtualization platforms
• Configures and Administers backup and recovery services
• Configure of DHCP, DNS, Proxy
• Monitor and Administrate network equipment
• Understanding of Microsoft cloud services. (Office 365 Platform and Azure)
• Ensure the security of IT Services and Infrastructure
• Ensures the efficient functionality of all IT hardware equipment
• Provide guidance to IT support officers
• Overview and Administrate ticketing system
• Develop and update existing technical documentation
• Able to implement further duties assigned by the manager
• Hardware and Software troubleshooting experience

Requirements:

• Bsc/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems (MIS) or relevant degree
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience of physical and virtual servers
• Strong knowledge in managing Windows and Active Directory
• Ability to prioritize, organize, analyze and solve problems.
• Knowledge and ability to deploy solutions based both on current trends and capabilities as well as mainstream forms/providers
• Multitasking and able to work under pressure with good communication skills
