On behalf of our Client, a leading consulting, technology and outsourcing services company with clients in more than 30 countries, we are looking for an HR Officer to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Manages the recruiting process of the company
• Assists the scheduling and execution of internal training and development programs; gathers training requirements and arranges all the logistics (venues, catering and etc.) and administrative tasks (ex. completion of HRDA forms) associated with the trainings
• Administers and monitors employee leaves
• Assists a whole range of employee relation issues as and when they arise
• Has a thorough understanding of HR law in particularly relating to contracts, terms and conditions, discrimination, maternity / paternity, dismissal processes, grievances, etc.
• Manages the administration of dismissal, grievances and redundancy issues and assists these processes as required
• Assists the maintenance of the Human Resources sections of both the company website

Job Requirements

• University degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or any relevant field
• At least 2 years of work experience as an HR Administrator or a similar role
• Excellent command of Greek and English language
• Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, safety, employee engagement, and employee development
• Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other Human Resources recognition and engagement programs and processes
• Member of a Professional HR Body (CIPD/SHRM/CyHRMA) will be considered an advantage
• Experience in SAP SuccessFactors will be considered an advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Extensive, accurate product knowledge and industry trends
• Ability to work in teams with good interpersonal skills
• Very good analytical and research skills
