DIMCO, a Cypriot Lighting and Electrical company, is looking to immediately recruit a Project Officerfor  the Company’s Commercial Department of Projects - LEVELin the main offices in Nicosia

Project Officer

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Engineering (electrical/automation, electronic), Architecture or Interior Design
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or other photorealistic programs such as Relux or Dialux will be considered an advantage
• 3 years of experience in a similar Project Department or 5+ years of experience in Sales at a Retail or Wholesale/Construction sector level
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluent in written & spoken English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
• Able to work well under pressure

Main Responsibilities

• Deal with public competitions and work according to the contract terms, preparing the offers and technical brochures
• Handle the logistics of ongoing projects e.g. delivering products etc
• Create photorealistic studies/ projects
• Provide technical instructions and support to the clients on site of the project
• Collect payment and provide after- sale support
• Attend various events to represent company
• Deliver presentations of products to prospective clients
• Provide support to other sales departments of the company regarding technical specifications of products
• Keep in contact with current clients and expand the Department's client portfolio through personal contacts and PR activities
• Monitor and analyse the demands and new trends according to the needs of the lightning industry/ market
