DIMCO, a Cypriot Lighting and Electrical company, is looking to immediately recruit a Project Officerfor the Company’s Commercial Department of Projects - LEVELin the main offices in Nicosia
Project Officer
Qualifications
- Bachelor in Engineering (electrical/automation, electronic), Architecture or Interior Design
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or other photorealistic programs such as Relux or Dialux will be considered an advantage
- 3 years of experience in a similar Project Department or 5+ years of experience in Sales at a Retail or Wholesale/Construction sector level
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in written & spoken English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Able to work well under pressure
Main Responsibilities
- Deal with public competitions and work according to the contract terms, preparing the offers and technical brochures
- Handle the logistics of ongoing projects e.g. delivering products etc
- Create photorealistic studies/ projects
- Provide technical instructions and support to the clients on site of the project
- Collect payment and provide after- sale support
- Attend various events to represent company
- Deliver presentations of products to prospective clients
- Provide support to other sales departments of the company regarding technical specifications of products
- Keep in contact with current clients and expand the Department's client portfolio through personal contacts and PR activities
- Monitor and analyse the demands and new trends according to the needs of the lightning industry/ market
