Novel Digital Agency is seeking a Social Media Manager, to join our Social Media team, based at our offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.

This position will lead the strategic planning, development, ongoing execution and management of social media activities. As a Social Media Manager, you will develop original content and suggest creative ways to attract more customers and promote our clients. You are a highly motivated, creative individual with experience and a passion for connecting with current and future customers.

Responsibilities

• Translating business goals into a marketing strategy and social media objectives
• Managing social media, day-to-day, including posting to social channels, engaging in social media conversations, managing creative briefs, developing processes, and meeting timelines Using research and/or data to define an audience
• Partnering with creative staff to develop visual assets for social media
• Planning and managing a paid social media campaign, including creative briefs, targeting, creative review, and success metrics
• Creating a plan to measure the success of the campaign
• Developing tone and voice for a social media handle 

Required Qualifications and Experience

• At least one year of social media experience in a business setting
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Strong writer capable of writing clearly, informatively and creatively
• Willing to make decisions in a fast-paced environment, exhibiting sound and accurate judgment
• Understands leading and emerging social media platforms
• Public Relations or Marketing background a plus
• Graphic design, and/or Photoshop skills a plus
