Our client a well-established local Bookshop and stationary company is searching for a dynamic professional to join their team in Nicosia

The selected candidate will act as the person in-charge for the stationary department which consists one of the biggest section of the company. His/Her main duties will be to ensure that the department is operating smoothly and that customers have the best experience every time they visit the store. More specifically the right candidate will

1. Organize the work that needs to be done from the other 2 customer service members of the department (2 members) in terms of product merchandising, stock monitoring, product displays, cleaning etc
2. Prepare and monitor the staff schedules
3. Work closely with the Company’s General Manager providing ideas and actions that can increase the company’s Sales Turnover and above improve the customer experience
4. Take all necessary actions with the GM recording and monitoring all products on demand that are not included in the product range of the store
5. Plan and Design a better display of products ensuring that products are placed on the right location in order to attract the clients upon their visit.

Individual

• University or college degree will be considered as an advantage
• At least 5 years’ experience as Store Sales Representative or Departmental Supervisor
• Very good Communication and interpersonal skills
• Very strong organizational and planning skills
• PC literate
