Our client, a well-established company operating in the trading industry, is looking to hire an energetic profile to join their offices in Limassol
Position’s duties and responsibilities
- General Receptionist duties such as greeting visitors ensuring that are directed to the appropriate individual within the company
- General administrative, secretarial tasks
- Organising and maintaining diaries
- Making and arranging appointments
- Handling telephone calls, enquiries and requests and dealing with them as appropriate
- Dealing with incoming emails, faxes and corresponding as appropriate
- Co-ordinating meetings
Positions’ requirements
- Acquiring a degree will be considered as an advantage
- At least 1-2 years’ experience of working within a similar position
- Strong PC Skills (MS Office)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Greek and English)
- Ability to demonstrate organisational and planning skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Able to prioritise own workload
- Ability to be discrete and maintain high levels of confidentiality
