Our client, a well-established company operating in the investment management with focus on Real estate management is looking for a young dynamic professional to join their team

The role

The successful individual will focus on monitoring the performance of the investments, conduct financial analysis of investment opportunities and existing operations and develop modelling tools. Also his/her responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Prepare and monitor budgets and cash flow
• Produce all relevant reporting as required by the CEO
• Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modelling tools
• Cooperate with external associates
• Assist in other areas of operation as requested by the Managing Director

The individual:

• Member of a Professional Accounting body (ACA/ACCA/CFA)
• At least 3 years experience in a similar role
• Dynamic, hands-on and results driven
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Very good analytical skills with attention to detail
• Fluent in English
• Experience with real estate will be considered an advantage
