Advance Career, on behalf of our client, a ship management company located in Limassol, is seeking to recruit a Crewing Assistant;

Responsibilities:

• Assist and report to the Marine Personnel Officer and Superintendent
• Communicate with vessels, port agents and manning agents
• Administration / application of flag state documents
• Updates the crewing software with appraisal reports data
• Maintain the electronic personnel master data
• Assist in any other operational matters
• Carry out special tasks that will be assigned by superiors
• Observe and follow the requirements of the quality manual

Qualifications:

• Relevant working experience of at least two years in an international environment
• University degree in a related field is required
• Enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and high sense of responsibility
• Able to work under pressure and take initiatives
• Fluency in English
• Knowledge of MS Office Excel and other software is an advantage
• Willingness to continuously update and develop professional knowledge
