Our client a well-established local Bookshop and stationary company is searching for a dynamic professional to join their team in Nicosia

The job holder’s main responsibilities will be to work closely with the company’s General Manager in order to improve further the company’s financial performance, product range and market positioning as well as Customer Experience. More specifically the job holder will: 

• Analyse and review Sales Performance Reports as per product line/code and supplier and proposed improvement actions in terms of product range, pricing, stock and suppliers
• Establish relationship with existing suppliers exploring opportunities of new products, as well as ensuring that the best price and customer service are received
• Conduct research and explore new suppliers and new product opportunities which will enhance the company’s positioning in the market
• Analyse and monitor Customers’ preference on existing product range and explore needs on not available products
• Place orders and make sure that all orders are delivered on time and accurately
• Review processes and procedures and suggest improvements.

Positions’ requirements

• University degree in mathematics, statistics, Business administration, economics or any other relevant field
• Previous experience in similar position will be considered as an advantage
• Very good knowledge of English and Greek language
• Strong knowledge and use of Microsoft Office
• Very strong analytical and numerical skills
