Key Responsibilities:

• Review, draft, revise, negotiate and conclude contracts for clients working on cross border assignments
• Liaise with related teams for the contracts that are pending or overdue
• Identify and report any clauses that you feel may pose a business risk
• File contracts electronically, keeping hard copies if necessary
• Maintain high customer and agency service levels and respond to any contract related queries on timely and professional manner
• Keep a daily log of all contracts received and processed
• General office administration including faxing, photocopying and answering the telephones as required
   

Candidate Profile: 

• Law graduate
• Prior experience in a similar or related role dealing mainly with employment contracts will be considered highly advantageous
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Eligible to work in EU
• Able to take responsibility, ownership and initiative. Training will be provided ‘on the job’
• Able to work autonomously but also as part of a multi-cultural team
• Ability to multitask
• Strong computer skills and ability to use software applications effectively
• Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:00-18:00 or 10:00-19:00
• Candidates must be flexible and able to work in either shift as directed
