AAATrade is a regulated investment firm and liquidity provider authorized by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission under number 244/14, offering investment and ancillary services, including trading on financial instruments, investment advice, portfolio management, market research, cryptocurrencies and deliverable securities. As a  Legal Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting with AAATrade’s legal affairs.

Main Responsibilities

• Handling the Company’s legal affairs
• Reviewing, drafting contracts and other legal documents
• Performing legal research
• Providing legal support / guidance to Company departments
• Coordinating with the Company’s external legal advisors

Key Requirements

• Holder of university degree in law (advanced degree is advantageous)
• Qualification in Cyprus is advantageous
• At least three (3) years’ legal work experience
• Experience within the financial industry is advantageous
• Ability to effectively draft / review contracts in English is required
• Knowledge of company’s law is required
• Experience with banking is advantageous
• Excellent command of written and spoken English is required (Greek is advantageous)
