Pafilia Group is looking to recruit a high caliber, energetic and ambitious professional who will act as the right hand of the Executive Director.

Location: Minthis, Paphos

Man Duties and Responsibilities:

• Acting as the Executive Director’s first point of contact
• Prioritizing for him the  important tasks and deadlines
• Compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
• Implementing and maintaining procedures
• In a nut shell to free the Group Executive Director’s time so that he can spend maximum time on strategic tasks

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• University degree, preferably in Finance, Business Administration, Law or Real Estate
• Background in Real Estate will be considered as an advantage
• 5 years’ experience  in a similar position
• Strategic thinking thought leadership and influencing skills
• Reporting and cost control skills
• Fluency in English and Greek, both written and oral
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
• Time management, organisation and communication skills
• A team player with good judgment
• To act with professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
