Advance Career, on behalf of our client, a Financial Services organisation, is seeking to recruit an Executive Director; 

Responsibilities
Responsible for creating and implementing strategy aiming at the development of the company’s business.
To lead, review, monitor and guide the company’s compliance policies and regulatory reporting.
Member of the board of directors and the senior management team of the company.
To prepare and/or monitor the preparation of any compliance reports.
Supervise the Dealing department.

Qualifications
University Degree in Law, Business, Economics or any other relevant field.
At least 2 years’ experience within a CIF entity.
Experience in a Director’s role within a CIF entity (regulated by CySec).
Previous experience in managing the Dealing Department.
Experience in preparing CySec reporting.
