Our client is an International Media Marketing Company with a global presence and offices in Cyprus, Holland, Israel, Serbia and South Africa. Due to their on-going expansion they are looking to expand their sales team here in Cyprus by employing a number of Sales/Conversion Agents to be based at their offices here in Limassol.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum of 6 - 12 months previous sales experience .
• A very high level of English with any additional language an advantage
• Excellent sales skills with the ability to close deals with clients (B2B or B2C)
• Highly motivated, self driven with a hunger to succeed

The positions will be responsible for:

• Contacting potential clients globally via the extensive leads created by the company in order to engage them via phone and convert them into clients.
• Cross and upselling the various products and services offered by the company

The company is offering an excellent package of:

• Base salary of up to 1500 Euros gross per month based on performance
• Excellent commissions/bonuses based on sales (5% commission on net sales with potential earnings of up to 4500 Euros per month plus on top of the base salary)
• Medical Insurance
• Prospects to develop into Team Lead/Department Manager based on overall performance

The working hours are Monday to Friday from 10am - 7pm
