The Media Department of ΙΜΗ publishes two monthly magazines – the Greek-language IN Business and the English-language Gold. It also operates two online portals – IN Business News (www.inbusinessnews.com) and Gold News (www.goldnews.com.cy) and publishes two daily newsletters (IN Business Daily Newsletter and Gold News Daily Newsletter). 

IMH seeks to employ:

ENGLISH-SPEAKING FINANCE / BUSINESS JOURNALIST

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will write on a broad range of subjects, including interviews and features, with an emphasis on business and financial/economic issues, for Gold magazine and the Gold News website.

Requirements

• University degree in journalism, communication, media studies or other associated/relevant subject.
• Basic knowledge of issues pertaining to finance and business. 
• Very good knowledge of Greek (although the successful candidate will be writing in English).
• Previous journalistic experience of at least two years is preferred.
• Experience in working on an online portal will be considered an additional qualification.
• A postgraduate degree will be considered an additional qualification.
• An additional degree in economics, business administration or finance will be considered an additional qualification.
• Experience in financial journalism will be considered an additional qualification

Remuneration

An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate, according to qualifications and experience.
