Design & Construction – Maintenance Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities

• Work on the company’s maintenance digital platform
• Collect various offers and prepare cost price comparison analysis
• Design and propose solutions to maintenance issues
• Assign and follow up on maintenance jobs of contractors or sub-contractors
• Maintenance cost analysis
• Restaurant maintenance auditing and report

Successful Candidate’s Profile

• Any degree in the construction or design industry
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite
• Good knowledge of Greek and English language, both verbally and written
• Energetic and positive team player with strong organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
