Beauty and wellness are essential parts of the holiday experience provided by our hotels. As the Spa Receptionist  you will be responsible for assisting all guests by efficiently booking spa services and recommending products appropriate to their individual needs while maintaining the highest of professional standards.

As the SPA Receptionist, you will introduce the guests to the wonderful world of beauty and relaxation, and build a career in the leading group of hotels in Cyprus.  You will enjoy full training in the signature products and treatments and contribute to maintaining the high standards of the spa facility.
 
What we expect from you:

• To welcome spa guests, help them prepare for their treatment and make sure they are comfortable and at ease
• To provide excellent customer care by being able to answer questions about all treatments listed in the spa section of the spa brochure and provide professional advice.
• To promote the sales of spa treatments and retail products
• To ensure that the spa area (changing rooms, spa treatment rooms, relaxation room, indoor pool, sauna and steam bath) are kept clean, tidy and re-stocked when needed.
• To be responsible for the stock taking of all spa professional and retail products and provide the Spa Manager with the stock taking report.

Qualifications & Experience:

• High School leave certificate. A Certificate from Hospitality School will be considered as an advantage
• Working experience of at least 2 years at a similar position at a 4 or 5 * Hotel.
• Excellent knowledge of the MS Office, Fidelio Software, Aphrodite System,
• Excellent Communication Skills and an outgoing personality
• Character distinguished by courtesy and positive attitude towards customer service
• EU citizen or an EU work permit holder
