Due to such an invigorating and fast paced evolution, the company is currently seeking for a strong professional to fill the position of Head of Global Sales Operations for the offices in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Required experience and main characteristics of our preferred candidate:

• University degree in Finance, Business management or a related field;
• 5+ years in senior Sales/Operations role in the forex industry and a proven success is a must;
• Experience in establishing, developing and managing sales teams;
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills and flair with numbers and figures, strong overall view and competence in financial market;
• English is A MUST: Mother tongue or mother tongue level (speaking and writing);
• Excellent presentation and persuasion skills, ability to represent the company, strong negotiator, assertive argumentation skills and ability to influence;
• Entrepreneurial attitude – achieving results by working effectively with and through others;
• Stress tolerant, able to prioritise, patient, but able to drive the change in a large organization;
• Detail, quality oriented, able to focus on operational standards and simple problems when required;
