We are looking for a highly motivated HR Recruiter interested to work in a fast paceenvironment

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the recruitment and placement of Hotel crew for the ANQOR managed River ships (CV screening, conducting phone /Skype interviews with possible candidates)
• Organising travel arrangements for the hotel crew
• Preparing employment contracts, reviewing payroll, and other relevant employment documents
• Printing, scanning, filingCarrying out other department related tasks
• Up-dating the HR Software and maintaining the planner
• Carrying out other department related tasks

Requirements:

• Fluent in English. German would be a big plus
• Experience in recruitment is a must
• Previous experience within the shipping or River industry would be an advantage
• Strong communication skills and ready to take responsibility for daily duties
• Good computer skills
• Ability to work under stress, flexibility, willingness to learn
• Willing to travel (about 1 to 2 times per year)
• Energetic and enthusiasticEU-citizenship/Work permit
