Your Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers mostly via phone
• To actively engage with new client leads and activate them as new clients 
• Maximize sales activity
• To assist clients with queries regarding trading.
• To assist clients with deposits/withdrawals
• To achieve all sales targets on a consistent basis outlined by the Head of Sales

Your Profile:

• Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage
• Fluency in the English language is a must
• One of the following language Swedish or Spanish or Italian or Portuguese or German, or Russian
• Excellent business written and oral communications skills
• Excellent knowledge of computers
• Ability to work well alone and as part of a team
