IT Project Managers

The position:

We are looking for high-calibre and experienced IT Project Managers to join our IT Project Management team in Limassol.

The main responsibilities of the position include:

Delivering multiple technological projects of varying complexity and size

Acting as a bridge between the business and the IT

Prioritising tasks with the CIO aligned with the business goals

Broad understanding of the business including vision, aims and objectives, systems, applications and tools

Gathering and analysing business requirements from relevant departments and associates

Creating and implementing structured schedules and project plans

Managing internal and remote teams of software developers

Holding task owners accountable for specific deliverables and conducting project team meetings to review progress and take necessary actions

Ensuring on-time, high quality delivery in accordance with the agreed project goals

Compiling relevant reports, project documentation and making sure all stakeholders are well informed at all times

Ensures that business stakeholders have clear expectations of each team’s velocity and capacity

Utilising project management methodology and relevant tools to accomplish all of the above

Main requirements:

• BSc/MSc in computer science, engineering, or in a related field
• Agile/Scrum qualifications will also be considered as a plus
• At least three years’ experience in a similar position 
• Programming or Technical professional experience would be considered as an advantage
• Experience in the FX industry will be a plus
• Experience in project management software, analysis and reporting software
• Knowledge of project management tools and techniques
• Organisation, problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong interpersonal and teamworking skills
